Laura has been coaching for 10 years and has been working with mothers in transition since she became a mother in 2006. She offers workshops for moms reentering the workforce and has just released an online workbook entitled, The Sustainable Mom: Building a Stronger Family Through Self-Care.
Her own passion for a balanced life is fueled by yoga, running, travel, continuing education and commitment to community. Laura is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and holds a Ph.D. in Psychology.
