The Email Marketing Contractor will help project manage hotel email marketing programs, including promotions and content based emails for Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants. The primary responsibility will be coordinating with internal and external teams from start to finish for email campaigns. This includes our revenue teams to gather offer details, data analyst to pull email lists, copywriters, graphic designer as well as the production and deployment teams and post campaign results.
Project manage and coordinate the email marketing process between account executives, copywriters and the creative teams to ensure emails are scheduled and deployed on time
Manage the calendar and due dates of all email campaigns including communicate the status to key players in management.
Assist with sourcing images from our internal image library for upcoming campaigns
QA emails for spelling errors, accurate details, and grammar
Track and measure results of completed email campaigns as well as report them out to the field and different levels of management
Form relationships with vendors and other contractors to facilitate the process
Ability to professionally interact with guests and senior executives (both internal and external).
Perform additional assignments and projects as required

Intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel as well as Google Docs
Four-year degree, preferably in marketing
2 years of relevant experience in project management and email marketing
Excellent time-management skills
Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work independently with little supervision
Experience with Selligent or StrongView a plus
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.); and a minimum of five years related experience
Prior experience in the travel, retail or restaurant industries is a plus
