    Paid Pregnancy Leave for Delivering Mothers 26 weeks (6 months) at 100% pay, coordinated between Zynga and third party benefits.

    Paid Parental Leave for Fathers, Adoptive Parents & Partners of Birth Mothers 12 weeks (3 months) at 100% pay, coordinated between Zynga and third party benefits.

    Stock Vesting During Leave – Those on leave will continue to have their stock vest for up to 6 months.

    Infertility Services – For our US-based employees, a $20k lifetime benefit on infertility offered through our health insurance provider.

    HQ Mother’s Room – We’ve redesigned our Mother’s suite in San Francisco and are looking to make similar rooms available in our other offices globally.
