    Salesforce Parental Paid Leave offers 80% of your total target earnings (base salary, commission, and bonus) up to a weekly maximum of $5,000 for twelve (12) weeks.

    Employees who have taken parental leave can come back gradually with a part-time schedule (four days per week) for the first four consecutive weeks upon their return from leave and receive their full pay. (Note: US Only)

    Additional Leave Details

    • One-time $250 meal reimbursement for new parents—To make life easier during this busy time in their lives, Salesforce provides a one-time $250 payment that new parents can use for take-out meals.
    • BookTree—New parents in the San Francisco or San Mateo offices and have a child under age 7, can join BookTree—a unique book-lending program—to make reading easier and more fun.
    • Discounts—Discounts on summer camps, baby products, and nanny services.
    • Little Lotus Swaddle program – Salesforce will purchase one Little Lotus swaddle, sleeping bag, or blanket for each child born to our U.S. based employees (one item per child per family.) With each purchase of a Little Lotus product, part of the proceeds will go toward the purchase of an Embrace infant warmer, helping a preterm baby in a developing country by providing an accessible, safe, and cost effective solution where incubators are often not available.
    • New Parent Kit offered through our EAP vendor CONCERN. New Parent Kit includes:
